Alex is a competitive bikini athlete. She has taken herself through full competition preps and onto the Muscle Contest Ireland stage two seasons running, most recently at the NPC Worldwide Pro Qualifier.
A prep asks for everything. Months of training, weighed food, early mornings and hard weeks where motivation is nowhere to be found. Alex has been through it and stood on stage at the end of it, so when she asks something of you, it is nothing she has not asked of herself.

It is the first thing her bio says: helping people become the best version of themselves. Whatever your version looks like, that is the job.
