Competition prep
Coaching for the stage, from someone who has been on it.

She has been on that stage
Alex is an NPC bikini athlete. She has taken herself through full competition preps and onto the Muscle Contest Ireland stage two seasons running, most recently at the NPC Worldwide Pro Qualifier.
That matters, because a prep is not a longer diet. It is months of structured training, food measured to the gram, posing practice, and a final stretch that tests you more than the stage does. A coach who has lived it knows where the hard weeks are before you hit them.
What prep coaching covers
Everything a season asks for, planned backwards from show day.
The build and the cut
Training and food planned across the whole season, from the building phase through the cut, adjusted week by week off how your body actually responds.
Posing and presentation
The stage is judged on how you present what you built. Posing is treated as part of training, not something you cram in the last month.
The mental side
The last weeks of a prep are hard in ways no plan can remove. What a coach can do is see them coming, keep you steady, and keep the decisions honest.
Prep questions
I have never competed. Can I still apply?
Yes. Every competitor has a first season, and starting with a coach who has been through her own preps beats figuring it out alone. Tell Alex where you are and she will be straight with you about what a realistic timeline looks like.
How long does a prep take?
It depends entirely on your starting point, which is exactly why the application asks about it. Alex would rather tell you the honest timeline than the one you hoped for.
Do I have to compete to work with Alex?
No. Most of her coaching is for people who never plan to step on stage. Competing is one goal on the application, not the entry requirement.
Thinking about the stage?
Put it in your application and be honest about where you are now. Alex will be honest back.
